Furygan launch heated gloves with an App! Introducing the Heat Blizzard D3O 37.5® gloves…

French motorcycle clothing specialist, Furygan, is proud to launch the Heat Blizzard D3O 37.5® gloves as part of its Autumn/Winter collection. Not only can riders be sure they will have warm hands no matter how cold the temperature plummets, but they can also program, control and refine their gloves thanks to the innovative Furygan Heat System App…

The Furygan Heat System App is the first App available ever from Furygan. Available to download for free on both iOS and Android devices and it can be used to view the battery status, customise the pre-set heat settings to riders personal preference and even pre-heat then gloves ready for your ride. Imagine being laid in bed on a dark and frosty morning, knowing you have to start your morning commute at 5.30am, the App ‘wakes up*’ the gloves and heats them ready for riders to put on and ride. Not only that, once the gloves are connected to the app, you can control the heat function easily with the simple, one-button control for a safer and more practical ride.

Not a fan of technology? Don’t worry – the gloves do work and can be controlled independently of the App for those who prefer via an easy to use one-button control panel situated on the cuff of the gloves and the temperature can be read using the Heat Mode indicator – a series of lights indicating which of the settings the gloves are on.

The Heat Blizzard D3O 37.5 gloves encapsulate all the great features riders have come to expect from high-quality Furygan garments. The goat leather outer shell has a waterproof and breathable membrane and thermal lining inside to keep riders hands dry and comfortable, both of which have been boosted thanks to 37.5® technology which captures and releases moisture vapour effectively for temperature control.

There’s a handy visor wipe insert and Furygan’s Sensitive Science inserts so that riders don’t have to take off their gloves and let out valuable heat when using touchscreen devices.

A fully charged battery will last approximately 2-2.5 hours – however, the App can be set to give the highest power they can until the end of the journey when the journey time is input and also display expected time left on current power – but spare batteries can be purchased if riders would prefer.

There is also the option to connect them to the bike with a 12V connector. Connecting via a 12V connection also allows the gloves to be used on ‘Superboost’ mode – which is 20% more powerful than the normal boost mode – handy for those extra cold days or trips.

Available in sizes S-3XL, the Heat Blizzard D3O 37.5 gloves are in UK dealers now with an RRP of £249.99

*Please note: Gloves must be connected via Bluetooth to the App and be in range in order to pre-heat.
