Stay cool in Furygan’s Spring/Summer collection

While the weather may have forgotten it is spring, French motorcycle clothing specialist Furygan hasn’t, as it launches it’s Spring/Summer collection for riders and pillions alike – all of which are in UK dealers now.

Here are just some of the highlights – all of which have been developed in conjunction with Furygan’s Motion Lab – the internal development research centre at Furygan headquarters in Nîmes, France…

Brad X Kevlar® hoody

A new generation of protective clothing, the Brad X Kevlar® hoody is perfect for riders looking for protection and style. CE certified to the highest level – AAA – proves that while the garment looks stylish and casual, protection has been taken extremely seriously.

The innovative exterior material has been built in partnership with Kevlar® – a material synonymous with being lightweight, durable and protective – has Kevlar® fibres on its entire surface. It features D3O armour at the shoulder and the elbows – with a pocket for a Furygan D3O back protector. It’s also compatible with the Fury Air Bag System for those riders wanting even more protection.

There are four pockets – two inside and two outside – and a ribbed hem and cuffs for comfort and fit. Available in dark grey, in sizes S-4XL, the Brad X Kevlar® is priced at £199.99.

Atom Vent Jacket

As the name suggested, the new textile Atom Vent jacket has been made with the aim of keeping riders cool – both in temperature and style stakes. The efficient air flow system allows air to infiltrate the jackets layers and cool down the wearer.

It’s compatible with the Fury Air Bag system, with the inclusion of an additional zip to connect the airbag insert, and there are trouser belt connecting snap loops to secure the jacket to trousers. There are four pockets – two inside and two outside – and D3O armour at the shoulders and elbows, as well as a back pocket for an optional D3O back protector.

Priced at £129.99, the Atom Vent jacket is available in black/white and in sizes S-4XL.

Austin D3O WP Boots

Designed with riders looking for both CE-approval and style, Furygan has introduced the casual Austin boots. While their style may look like an informal sneaker, they are packed with protection and features for rider comfort.

There are reinforcements on the heels and toes, as well as D3O malleolus protection and gear shift protector patch on the top. Made with a full-grain outer, they feature a waterproof and breathable membrane – perfect for keeping your feet at an optimum and comfortable temperature. Additional styling touches such as the embossed Furygan panther logo on the side and detailed stitching on the upper add to the premium feel.

With an RRP of £129.99, available in sizes 37-47 and a choice of black and brown, the Austin boots are in UK dealers now.
